Radmila Shekerinska yesterday gave no response, but further entangled herself and unfortunately her husband too. We are not sure she was aware what actually she said.
Radmila Sekerinska told us yesterday that she and her husband receive 5317 euro for to rent from the company where her husband works for an apartment they own and in which they live. They charge rent for an apartment where they live in. Imagine Shekerinska living in apartment owned by someone else. How much they will charge for rent? 10 000 euro? 15 000 euro?
Ms Radmila Shekerinska yesterday wanted to convince us that there is nothing controversial in this outrageous income. However, it is not true.
First, what are the market logic and the market price for renting an apartment in Skopje, even if it was an extra large as the one of Shekerinska of 178 square meters, so that it could be rented for 5317 euro per month? Such high- rent for apartment in Skopje, there is no house with such rent. This is the most expensive rent that can be found throughout the state. How come they got this price? Based on what parameters? Why the company in which her husband works would pay 5317 euro per month when they could pay not more than 800 euro for similar appatment? Diners is profit company or charity responsible for the luxurious life of Mrs. Shekerinska?
Second, how comes it is possible to rent your own apartment to live in it? Where in the world is possible? Is there other person in this state that rents its own apartment, charging enormously high rent to live in it Radmila Shekerinska thinks that now all people will have to believe her. Following her logic, every person who has an apartment should charge rent from the company where he or she works because lives in own apartment.
Third, the rent they charge for this apartment, actually they rent it for three years and four months, received the amount that they would pay to buy this apartment. There is no market logic in it. This Ms. Shekerinska will not pass. These revenues are not realized nor from the oil well, not by renting the apartment.
We would like to emphasize that the amount of Shekerinska’s family receives only on this basis is unreasonably high and unimaginable for any citizen of this state. Shekerinska receive 63,811 euro or 10,716 MKD per day. Therefore, the family of Radmila Shekerinska have daily, I repeat daily income of 10 716 MKD only on this basis. The rent of the apartment in which they live alone.
We ask Ms. Radmila Shekerinska not hold lectures, not to the public or us nor to her party. Obviously, there is not a lot to teach us, and it is a decent and fair.
So today we call her to respond to the following questions without trying to hold speeches and empty rhetoric, without trying to attack everyone around because of the enormous and disproportionate income she earns.
The questions are:
What is the contract for the rent and whether the public will get a chance for overview? Whether there is market logic in the contract or it is cover for other types of income of Shekerinska? Why they do not rent an apartment from any other citizen in Skopje, but it has to be her own apartment to be rented by them. Do they pay tax on this amount?
Very important: For how long they rent this apartment to themselves? What is the total revenue achieved, knowing that the rent they charge for one year is 63 811 euro, for two years 127 622, for three 191 433, and for four years it reached enormous 255,244 euro.
Once again, I call and ask Ms. Shekerinska to answer about this scandalous revenue. Attacks on others and empty rhetoric should be left for another time. Now she must give answer.
