The “Heritage” report is excellent news for Macedonia and many foreign companies will invest here in the future, and create jobs, which is the ultimate aim of all government policies.
This is the position of Prime Minister after yesterday’s rankings of “Heritage” on economy that has positioned Macedonia on 43. place out of 183 countries.
- It is the highest place of our country so far on this list. Macedonia has improved in nine out of the ten indicators. The most serious progress is noted in control of public finances, freedom of trade and business. It’s a great signal, we are first in the region. The news is excellent because many investors follow the index and will feel more comfortable when considering investing in our country, Gruevski said, answering a reporter’s question after visiting the dairy “Sutash”.
This, he added, is the result of all Government efforts to make better business climate, and provide more freedom in the economy, liberalization, also to have fewer restraints and regulations for companies.
- The goal is to create good ambient for all indexes and ratings associated with the economy, Macedonia to move forward and to be first or at least among the first in the region, in Eastern Europe, as well as among the EU countries, the PM stressed.
