Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the Organization of Employers of Macedonia agreed payment of subsidy vacation for workers in the private sectors. The amount of the so-called “K – 15″ shall be at least 40 percent of the average net salary per employee paid in the last three months.

This is one of the amendments to the General Collective Agreement for the private sectors of the economy signed today by Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the Organization of Employers of Macedonia.
The General Collective Agreement will apply from the beginning of 2014 in the next two years.
- This way the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and Organization of employers showed that in the toughest conditions, based on a sense of responsibility and commitment to successfully implement its program goals and objectives, President of the Trade Unions Zivko Mitrevski said after signing the agreement.
- Now the General Collective Agreement is clear and understandable for all and a great effect will be that undesirable labor disputes will be reduced, Dimitrov said.
