Todorov: The injured at Saramzalino accident are out of danger

All patients that were admitted in the hospital in Skopje yesterday and which were injured in the traffic accident on the railway crossing at Saramzalino are in stable condition and out of danger, informed at press conference the Minister of Health Nikola Todorov.

Out of 12 injured persons yesterday admitted at the Skopje Emergency Center, the hospital treated eight patients and four after the outpatient examinations are released. At trauma were treated five patients with contusion of the chest, spine, fracture of the lumbar vertebra and two of them were operated yesterday, and one will undergo surgery today.

The KARIL treated two patients, which today will have ​​control checks. More serious is the condition of patient with lung and head injury, which is connected to respirator. As Todorov pointed, today the patient will have control CT imaging on head. The patient is admitted at Neurosurgery with a fractured skull and bleeding from the ear.

In Veles hospital, currently are hospitalized and treated six patients at the surgery, and three were released including the pregnant woman, who is in good general condition. During yesterday, in hospital in Skopje were the sent five patients.

 

In the hospital in Shtip currently are hospitalized and treated four patients, two at the Department of orthopedic and two at surgery unit.

At the General Hospital Skopje yesterday were admitted ​​four patients at the department of orthopedics who suffered serious fractures, while the other injured have been released from hospital.

The accident happened yesterday on the highway Veles – Shtip, at the Saramzalino railway crossing when train hit bus and were injured 32 passengers.
