The holder of the list of EU 4, Zoran Stavreski during today’s visit of Negotino noted that up to five thousand MKD will save young families with a baby with the proposed measure of VMRO – DPMNE for reducing the rate of VAT on baby equipment and 3.000 MKD is the anticipated savings in reduction in the rate of VAT on school supplies.
He believes that the measures proposed by the VMRO- DPMNE will help young families to cut costs around babies or children.
- VAT for babies will be reduced and everything that is used from notebooks, ransacks, to pencils, pens, crayons, or whatever kids use as school accessories throughout the year. It is supposed to provide savings of 2,500 to 3,000 MKD for families with two children throughout the year, said Stavreski.
By reducing the VAT on baby products, strollers, relaxants, diapers, soothers, bottles that are used by the young family with a baby will be provided year savings of around 5,000 MKD.
- Thus, I think that the Government gives direct contribution with the program that provides direct support for the standard of living for young families and youngest residents, Stavreski said.
Stavreski visited the company “Sloboda” where are employed about 50 workers and had meeting with several businessmen from Negotino.
- The private sector in Negotino is evident and I want to see how entrepreneurs use measures and projects that the Government is providing regarding the granting cheap credits and granting subsidies to hiring, etc. We see that are created good conditions for business in Macedonia and Negotino and we in the future, in the upcoming program predict another 100 million euro for the companies, said Stavreski.
Cvetko Kocevski owner of “Sloboda” stated they have used the Government’s active measures and will apply for new active measures.
