The construction of the factory of the German company “Marquardt GmbH” started today.
The plant, which will be located in the newly established industrial zone Karaslari, will produce electronic productions with high tech components for the top German brand of automobiles.
It will employ about 600 people. The manufacturing plant will have an area of 15,000 square meters. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2015, after which the plant will start with production. The German group “Marquardt GmbH” which was founded in 1925, has opened companies in 9 countries worldwide and employ more than 7,000 people.
