VMRO – DPMNE announced two specific cases, major scandals that revealed illegal actions of Petar Shilegov.
Below follows the integral text of the press conference of Sasho Trpeski from the ruling party
The Petar Shilegov goes against the law as chairman of the Secondary Commission on Appeals ruled to award tenders to the two companies close to SDSM.
Therefore, it is not about any companies but the company Semos where owner is Branko Crvenkovski’s wife Jasna Crvenkovska, and company Brilliant that is owned by the sponsor of SDSM Mite Nikolov.
These are clear cases of decision, which is contrary to law.
In the first case, Shilegov approves Semos appeal.
At the opening of the tender documentations, it was confirmed by the Commission of the Central Registry that SEMOS as bidder has not submitted the Model for contract, though it was legally bound to submit it.
According to Article 36 of the then applicable Law on public procurement, this should be an integral part of the tender documentation.
Although according to the Law was no ground to accept the complaint, the company Semos was awarded the contract with decision with Petar Shilegov’s signature.
So Schilegov against the law upheld the complaint of Semos, although he was not allowed to do it.
The second case is when Schilegov dismissed Pekabesko’s complaint and the tender was awarded to the company Brilliant owned by the SDSM sponsor.
So, although Pekabesko had lower price offer however their appeal was neither considered by the Commission on the grounds that they have incomplete documents, something that in subsequent proceedings was established that it is not true.
With this decision, Shilegov acted against the laws.
The documents are saying everything.
These are clear cases.
The conclusion is that Shilegov was involved in a serious suspicion of rigging tenders organized by the SDSM government.
Thus, Shilegov is executor of these questionable deals that ended up in companies close to SDSM.
Absolute silence from Shilegov means that Petar Shilegov and SDSM run from the answers.
They are fleeing because they are caught red handed as they decided on public procurements contrary to law.
The merits from the period of rigging tenders made Shilegov lawyer and spokesman of the wealthy people from SDSM.
Mr. Shilegov, being silent does not excuse your liability.
You should immediately answer whether the tender rigging is the receipt to earn the three-storey house and two cars, Mercedes and Audi and the apartment of 88 square meters.
It is clear to everyone that a person cannot earn them by with honest work.
