Macedonian citizens will turn out massively in the upcoming elections scheduled for 13th and 27th April and the Albanian voters will not allow the right to vote to be taken away by DUI and Ali Ahmeti, yesterday Nikola Gruevski said at the mass rally in Ohrid.

Referring to the cooperation of the government with the president, Gruevski said that Ivanov always had an ear for progressive things.
- We have worked together with Ivanov to delivering five consecutive positive reports of the European Commission on the progress of Macedonia and five recommendations for the start of accession negotiations for Macedonia’s membership in the EU. We worked on visa liberalization, attracting foreign investments and providing jobs, improving the standard of farmers, pensioners, people receiving social welfare, young people, workers, as together we tried to improve conditions in hospitals, to provide equipment in health, we built and are building schools, kindergartens, highways, railways etc. As we worked on more than 2000 projects in this 5 – year period with his understanding and support, we will continue furthermore to achieving new common goals, Gruevski said.
Referring to the cooperation of the government with the president, Gruevski said that Ivanov always had an ear for what is progressive.
- The people know how firmly he stood behind all Government’s efforts to help Macedonia. I struggled to get extra favorable conditions from China to finance highways, he did the same thing when he wentthere.
The government has struggled to sign South Stream agreement and to provide energy future of Macedonia, and Ivanov did the same thing simultaneously with his strong international activities. We struggled to attract investment, but with Gjorge’s support. He supported all laws for which investors started coming, Gruevski stressed.
Our and its goal will continue to be NATO and the EU, something that Macedonia has deserved long time ago.
- We will continue to fight for a dignified exit from the situation imposed by our southern neighbor and to pay attention to our national interests.
