One another case, related to the scandalous work of the Petar Shilegov was presented today by the ruling party.

Company of Crvenkovski’s wife and business partner of Zaevi was not the only one that has been awarded with business with the signature of Petre Shilegov.

Here is another company that was awarded with business, sponsor of SDSM, the company Brilijant that with the signature of the layer and spokesperson of Zaev’sclan and billionaires from SDSM.

Following the similar pattern of “Semos” whenever the company “Brilliant” owed by Mite Nikolov, close friend of Branko Crvenkovski and sponsor of SDSM, appeared in any of the SDSM government tenders, won it with help from Shilegov’s decisions.

Therefore with the Decision No. 01-152/2004 from 5 of Fbruary 2005 Petar Shilegov adopted a Decision with which the appeal of “Makpetrol” and “Okta” for the call for selecting the best bidder for the purchase of extra light heating oil for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy is rejected as unfounded.

With this decision for choosing the best bidder is the company Brilliant.

This is not the only case. In another decision issued the No. 46-1200/2 on 14.09.2005, the appeal Pekabesko AD is rejected and is chosen the sponsor SDSM Mite Nikolov and his company Brilliant as best bidder.

With Shilegov’s signature Brilliant got another tender, namely 46-1443/2 Decision for rejecting the appeal of MAKPETROL in terms of the open call for the purchase of heating oil and firewood needs of Municipality Shtip and best bidder is exactly company, sponsor SDSM Mite Nikolov and his company Brilliant.

Also are rejected the complaints and Vago Petrol Shtip and Skopje Makpetrol in the open call for the purchase of heating oil needs of the Appeal Court in Shtip, and Shilegov with his signature awarded this supply to Brilliant.

Another Decision confirmed with the signature of Petar Shilegov, No. 50-478/2 delivered on the 11/03/2004 is rejecting the appeal of Okta in terms of the open call of ESM for supply of heating oil.

These are 5 specific Decisions with the signature of Petar Shilegov and who has decided to award the specific business to be awarded to the SDSM sponsor SDSM,  Mite Brilliant which have provided him profit.

Common to all 5 Decisions is that companies appeal were rejected by only one explanation, I quote “unfounded”.

No support with arguments and evidence but only what can be clearly seen from the decisions; it is personal decision of the committee and its chairman Shilegov.

With today’s scandal, it is shown that is not a single event but an organized system where the Shilegov’s decisions undisputedly awarded tenders to the companies close to the SDSM, their sponsors and people from the leadership of the party who received significant business dealings.

The public is still waiting for response- Mr. Shilegov how come it is possible to earn three storey house, apartment of 88 m2 and two cars, Mercedes and Audi – and if you have reported the minimum wage.
