Netpress yesterday released document, which shows that SDSM spokesman Peter Shilegov, acting chairman of the Committee on Secondary Procurement at the Government of SDSM favored the company SEMOS where the significant share of ownership has Crvenkovski wife Jasna Crvenkovska. With the Shilegov’s decision, SEMOS company returned to race for the international tender for the purchase of computer equipment for the Central Registry. However, today, we announce two new documents, which show that Shilegov again direct decided in favor of SEMOS. This time, Shilegov’s decisions mean awarding procurement to the company SEMOS where one of the owners is Crvenkovski’s wife.

Namely, with the decision with seal and signature of Shilegov, is rejected the appealing of the company Next Sense LLC in relation to the announced tender for program development of the employees of the PE “Water Supply and Sewage” and purchase directly belong to the company SEMOS Kompjuteri.

One another decision by which Shilegov directly awards business to company where owner is Crvenkovski’s wife is decision signed by Shilegov in 2004, to reject the appeal of the company Neokom, which in turn complained on the bidding process for purchase of services and equipment for the Ministry of Finance and the Bureau of Commodity stocks, the procurement which again ends in the hands of SEMOS Kompjuteri.

And this is not all. The signature of Petar Shilegov is standing on another decision rejecting the appeal of the company KLankom Kompkuteri regarding tender for procurement of computer equipment for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, and the tender is again awarded to SEMOS Skopje.

What is remarkable, whatever Shilegov on decided received appeals, always the winner at the tender procedures is company SEMOS.

All others were excluded or their appeals are rejected. With these decisions Shilegov enabled business for SEMOS Company, whose contract amount are known only to them. What is certain that the amount on these tenders was not small at all, given that services of SEMOS computers cost huge amounts of money. Despite absolute silence of Shilegov on this topic, it should be addressed the dilemma of how much of businesses and the money went to the account of the company whose owner is Crvenkovski’s wife; whether tender procedures are legal and whether and what is the damage caused over other companies. However, most important is whether Shilegov was consciously working for Crvenkovski and SDSM’s interests, whether besides SEMOS there are other companies that are close to the leadership of SDSM to which Shilegov awarded tenders and businesses?
