Members of the Association of Roma at the Municipality of Centar are amazed by so-called building “Parrot”, which they say is in the Roma style.
They publicly thanked Mayor of Center Andrej Zhernovski and even encouraged him to make as many of these buildings, which they would like to live.
- Our association believes that building “Parrot” of Mayor Andrew Zernovski a good-looking. We are opposed to opinions, and we would gladly lived in this building, which besides the Albanian style is an expression of the Roma culture too, say from the association.
They all have desire to live in this building. They say that the Roma supporters of the Mayor of Center would like an apartment in the building “Parrot”.
- We know many Roma that live in Center are Zhernovski’s voters and are satisfied with the project. The building is great and bravo for Andrej Zhernovski. We want more buildings to be built in this style through the center, said Semra Gani from the Municipality of Center and member of the Association.
