Radmila Sekerinska reported in her questionnaire, renting an apartment for annual rent of 3,911,641 MKD. It means that for renting of single apartment Radmila Sehkerinska annual income is 63,811 euro or 5317 euro per month. The public demands a precise answer. What kind of apartment in Skopje can be rented for 5317 euro per month?

We asked this question yesterday, but did not get any response from Radmila Shekerinska or SDSM.
Without intending to cause irritation and without intent this issue to be understood as negative, we would emphasize that Mrs. Shekerinska must answer how comes it is possible to earn 5317 euro per month for renting an apartment.
What kind of apartment is that? Where it is? What is the area? Is it furnished?
If Mrs. Shekerinska has answer to the main question and additional ones, it is better if she gives response to the public and her party as soon as possible.
If she has no response and does not have documents for this mega affair, then we from VMRO – DPMNE have several more questions for her.
First, is this market price, knowing that even the most luxurious and most expensive apartments in Skopje can be rented for no more than 700 to 800 euro per month. Who is the one that provides the domestic revenues for Radmila Shekerinska which amount 5317 euro per month? Do you have contract and what is the amount you pay for tax?
Secondly, maybe this inflated and unrealistic revenue of 5317 euro for renting only one apartment sets grounds for doubt that it is a completely different type of income that in on this way presented the legal income or maybe it is about already existing money that Shekerinska on this way gradually legalize them and reports them as income for her family?

Third, what is the total amount cashed to the family of Radmila Shekerinska in this respect? How long do rent the apartment one, two, three, or more years?
If the apartment was rented for two years means that the family of Radmila Shekerinska realized income of 127,622 euro, and if it is rented for three years then the amount is 191 433 euro, if it is rented for four years then we come to the staggering amount of 255,244 euro income for renting single apartment. Is it little, enough or too much, Shekerinska should respond.
Knowing the fact that Radmila Shekerinska in its property questionnaire reported an apartment of 178 square meters and several smaller apartments, but knowing the fact that she lives in the biggest, apartment of 178 square meters, we ask her which of the mentioned apartments are rented for 5317 euro per month.
We hope that these issues will be understood constructively and European, as Radmila Shekerinska pleases to say, because in Europe it is unacceptable for a politician to realize such large revenue, which according to common sense neither is established according to the market prices nor is possible.
