The Government announced over 4,000 jobs in 2014 through the operational plan for active employment measures.
For this purpose, MKD 525 million are allocated from the budget of the Republic of Macedonia, ESA and MLSP.
Public announcement for employment of persons through three measures of the operational plan will be published on February 3.
The first measure called the “first chance” is meant to subsidize employment for young people up to 29 years with a university degree.
50 people will be employed in this category, and the state will allocate MKD 13,000 per month for three months, and then the employer is obliged people keep these for at least 6 months.
The second measure anticipates hiring people according within the “Transport” sector.
The third measure is for training at known employer. People with status active job-seekers will be employed, and persons up to 29 years and people aged 50 to 59 years will have priority.
The employer will receive subsidies from the state of MKD 5,700 for each employee for three months, and then is obliged to keep 50 % of them.
Then the state will allocate MKD 13,000 per month for these people, and the employer is obliged them to keep them for another 12 months.
