Zoran Zaev has provided a public procurement worth over € 1 million and 600 thousand to the family firm of his personal friend and business partner Goran Krstev.

All this money was awarded to the company Javor Sped Dooel through 11 tenders at a time when Goran Krstev and his father Simeon Krstev were owners of this company.
Goran Krstev is business partner with Vice Zaev and the family Zaev through the firm Sara Javor Engineering, publicly known as one of the suspects, and then abolished for the Affair Global, heavy € 8 million. Goran Krstev is still business associate of Zaev, he is connected with the latest scandal for illegal sale of land for only 1 euro per square meter, which is recently reported by the media.
Strumica Municipality and municipal institutions warded 11 public procurements worth MKD 101,354,456 to the firm Javor Sped Dooel. 8 were made directly with the Municipality of Strumica managed by Zoran Zaev, worth MKD 83,322,641, the remaining 3 were made with the Public Company Komunalec Strumica worth MKD 18,031,815.
It is obvious that this company also is directly involved in the network of pumping public money which end up in private Zoran Zaev’s relatives and his business partners’ pockets.
